Mr. Speaker,

First of all I would like to thank the speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Sergey Naryshkin, for his kind invitation and for the organization of this important international forum. The issue of this forum, ‘International security’, is very up to date.

As members of parliament we are all confronted with the problems of terrorism and mass immigration, which both are a threat to world peace. The recent refugee crisis in Europe is directly caused by the chaos in the Middle East provoked by the foreign policy of the West.

Europe should support the war efforts of Russia fighting IS in Syria. I am sure that Russia will succeed while the West didn’t want to act. While Europe and the USA are funding terrorism, Russia is fighting it. We should build a strong coalition against the evil from IS. Europe is only talking about fighting IS, Russia is really doing it.

Mr. Speaker,

The Western bombing of Islamic State has been a complete failure. The only sure way of fighting IS is to help president Bashar Al Assad in his courageous struggle against Islamic terrorism.

Russia should play the role that was given to Russia by history. Europe and Russia should be partners in our common struggle against islamization and multiculturalism. Mass immigration is for the time being our first and main problem. If we want to stop the immigration invasion towards Europe, we should al least restore order into the Middle East. Europe should stop the boycott of and the sanctions against Syria.

Mr. Speaker,

Russia is leading the way towards peace in the Middle East. Europe should be made aware of that. May I quote the Russian president Vladimir Poetin: “Terrorism has once again shown it is prepared deliberately to stop at nothing in creating human victims. An end must be put to this. As never before, it is vital to unite forces of the entire world community against terror.”
